The Body Balance is a turn mattress with dual sleeping surfaces.  It has high density memory foam with Blue Gel technology that dissipates heat, and provides a cool sleeping surface.  It is also allergy free.  This bed is endorsed by the Chiropractic Association of South Africa.  The Body Balance has a 2 year guarantee and a 20 year service warranty.
