We understand that choosing the right mattress can be a big decision, which is why we offer a COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY for a select set of products that we have carefully chosen based on their ability to provide excellent support and value for money.
Our COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY allows you to exchange your mattress for another of the same value or higher if you find that it’s not quite as comfortable as you expected.
To be eligible for the COMFORT EXCHANGE, you must have purchased a mattress protector from us at the same time as your mattress. We ask that you sleep on the mattress for 21 days. If you are not delighted with the comfort, the exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase of the original purchase.
If you choose to exchange your mattress, there will be a R1000 charge to cover the cost of handling and refurbishment of the mattress. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying the transport fees associated with exchanging your mattress.

Comfort Exchange Policy Explanation:
- Look for the COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY icon. The products selected for the COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY all display the COMFORT EXCHANGE ICON in the product picture as well as in the product description
- These products have been chosen by Bedworld based on their ability to provide excellent support and deliver value for money
- To be eligible for the COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY a mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as the mattress
- The mattress must be slept on for 21 days, and must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase
- If you are not satisfied with your new mattress, it may be exchanged for another mattress of the same value or higher. No refund will be given if you select a mattress of lower-price than the original purchase
- In the event of an exchange, this will only apply to the mattress. The base is not included in the exchange. All the bases of the eligible products are suitable for and provide proper support for any and all of the mattresses
- There will be a R1000 cost to cover handling, refurbishing and restocking associated with the exchange
- Customers will be responsible for paying the transport fees associated with the exchange of their mattress
